Singleton Moore Signs are an Australian based company that manufacture signage systems throughout Australia.

Singleton Moore Signs approached Welding Services & Engineering with an issue for a new project roll out of  signage clamps and systems they had an outdated system of manufacturing the clamps and where not able to meet the customers requirements to be manufactured in time for the roll out. As most of the system and processes they had in place were all being done by hand. Our Engineers at Welding Services worked together with Singleton Moore signs to create tooling to manufacture the custom extrusion needed and also using out highly accurate and efficient cnc cutting machines were able to cut all the pieces for the clamping system within days. Welding Services also manufactured press tooling to de-burr the edges and punch mounting holes in all the pieces at a much reduced cost and time than originally was able to be produced by the customer. Which enabled Singleton Moore to fulfill their order and meet the time lines for the national roll out of new signage.
